Could I transfer my WingPoints to a friend or family member?	Unfortunately, your WingPoints earned are non-transferrable.
Could I purchase WingPoints with cash from my Wing Wallet?	Unfortunately, cash cannot be converted into points, and points cannot be converted into cash.
My wallet is KHR, could I earn points from a transaction with WingPay QR?	Yes, the Wing exchange rate would apply.
How could I know that a merchant provides points?	There will be signs available at participating shops/outlets to display how many points you can earn per dollar spent.

Wing scheme is different and unique because the merchant offering WingPoints which customer can redeem for goods and services or offset total payment next time. The more customers redeemed at your store, the more you get. Depending on the size of the discount provided, merchants will be able to: Access to create exciting promotions on the Wing Merchant Portal Receive detailed reports on how your business is performing against the competition Increase your customer footfalls and much more!
What do I need to offer to WingPoints customers to become a member of the program?	You need to offer a discount based on your agreement made between you and Wing. This discount will provide to all WingPoints customers for every purchase they make at your shop.
What are the fees for joining the program?	There are no fees that the merchant needs to pay. Merchants who want to join the partnership program need to offer a discount to WingPay customers. The higher the discount offered, the more benefits you obtained (refer to the merchant benefit table)
What if I cannot offer a discount, can I still join the program?	Unfortunately, to become part of the program, you are required to offer a minimum discount of 2.5%
