Phnom Penh: Wing (Cambodia) Limited Specialised Bank continues to extend its collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia to promote new payment solutions. Wing officially announced its partnership with the Ministry of Public Works and transport on 20th June 2016 represented by the delegate of the Royal Government and the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, HE Touch Chankosal, Wing’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Jojo Malolos as well as other distinguished guests.

The partnership aims to convert the current payment process from physical cash to electronic payments for those Cambodians who use the services of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport for their driving license, vehicle technical control (Vehicle Inspection) and vehicles identification numbers (vehicle registrations). This means that customers lining up and paying for their driving license and other services can conveniently pay for this by just simply going to any of the almost 4,000 Wing Cash Xpress agents nationwide or use your wing account.

According to Wing’s CEO Mr. Jojo Malolos, “this collaboration allows Cambodians access to fast, secure and convenient electronic financial services from Wing and allows them to pay for the public service fees provided by the Ministry. To use Wing services, customers just need to open a Wing account at any Wing Cash Xpress agent nationwide, so that they are able to perform services on their phone such as: phone top up, bill payment, and online payment.
