How to Subscribe Auto Direct Debit on the Wing Bank App

  1. Open the Wing Bank app.
  2. Tap on “Bill Payment”.
  3. Tap on the “Schedule Payment”
    Icon at the top right-hand side.
  4. Tap on (+) and Create New.
  5. Select Electricite du Cambodge.
  6. Fill in details such as Subscription Title, Consumer ID, agree to the T&C, and subscribe.
  7. Input your Wing Bank 4-digit PIN code. That's it!

  • 1. Where can I subscribe to Auto Direct Debit for EDC?

    You can subscribe via the Wing Bank app and EDC app/portal. 

  • 2. How will the payment be processed? 

    After subscribing to Auto Direct Debit, the payment will be deducted automatically when EDC instructs the Wing system. 

  • 3. How can I view my transactions? 

    You can view your transaction report in the Wing Bank app. 

  • 4. Can Wing know the payment due date of the customer? 

    No, the next due date and amount are not fixed. It depends on the EDC billing system. 

  • 5. What happens if a customer's account balance is insufficient? 

    If a customer's balance is insufficient, EDC will attempt to process the payment once daily for 15 consecutive days until the transaction is successful. 

  • 6. What happens if the customer cannot make the payment after 15 days? 

    If the payment is not completed within 15 days, EDC will apply penalties. The customer will be required to settle these penalties directly with EDC.
