How to request a Visa Debit card via Wing Bank App?
For Wing Bank Visa Numberless Debit Card
- Open Wing Bank App
- Click on My account
- Click on Manage All Cards
- Click on “Add New Card” or “+”
- Select Numberless card (choose card brand to be requested (Visa, Mastercard); select available card type (Numberless); display info to customer to pick up the card at any branch/Master agent/agent anytime
- Card requests successful
- QR code for pick up available when card is ready to pick up
For Wing Bank Visa Personalized Debit Card
- Open Wing Bank App
- Click on “My Account”
- Click on “Manage All Cards”
- Click on “Add New Card” or “+”
- Select Debit card (Personalized)
- Personalized Card, Choose card brand “Visa”, Select account to link with a card (CASA Account), select card pick up method “Wing Branch, Wing Master/Agent), agree T&C
- Confirm on card order and input a 4-digit PIN
- Card request “Success” and show a “QR code” to scan once pick up card
How to link and activate Wing Visa Debit card?
For Wing Bank Visa Numberless Debit Card activated by Wing Bank App
- Login to Wing Bank App
- Go to Manage Card
- Select “+ “
- Click on “Link Wing Bank Card”
- Tap the “QR icon to launch the camera function”
- Scan Tracking Number’s QR Code or input the number manually
- Choose the preferred Wing account to link with the Wing Visa Debit card
- Fill in the necessary details , create card PIN, check “I agree with the Terms and conditions” and tap “Continue”
- Confirm Info, an annual fee
- Input valid 4 digits PIN to continue
- Wing Visa Debit card successfully Activated
For Personalized Visa Debit Card activated by ATM
- Customer received the card
- Go to ATM Machine, insert the card
- Language Selection
- Main Menu
- Chose Card Activation
- Enter New 6 digits PIN Card
- Re-Enter New 6 digits PIN Card
- Enter your temporary PIN which sent to your phone number
- Your Card has been Activated

- Go to Manage card
- Click on Activate Card
- Create a PIN and Confirm

- Click on Link Card
- Customer: Scan tracking number, fill in the required information, create card PIN, Accept T&C
- Confirm information and annual fee
- Input Wing Bank App PIN
- Card Successful Activate
