Wing is Your Most Convenient Card
Before you can start using your FTB-Wing prepaid VISA cash card, you have to activate it first.
Once your card is activated, the first thing you need to do is sign your name on the signature panel at the back of the card. This is because some purchases will need to be verified with your signature.
After signing your card, it's ready for use!

You can choose from two different FTB-Wing pre-paid VISA cash cards depending on what fits your lifestyle better.

How to Use
the Card
Before you can start using your FTB-Wing prepaid VISA cash card, you have to activate it first.
Once your card is activated, the first thing you need to do is sign your name on the signature panel at the back of the card. This is because some purchases will need to be verified with your signature.
After signing your card, it's ready for use!
To make an in store purchase
- simply swipe the card as you would for a credit card
- and then sign to complete the purchase.
For shopping online
- enter the 16-digit card number,
- expiration date,
- and the 3 digits printed to the right of the signature panel on the back of the card.
For cash withdrawal at ATM
- insert your card,
- enter your 6-digit PIN,
- and follow the directions on the ATM screen.
Each time you make a purchase or cash withdrawal, the funds are automatically deducted from your prepaid balance.
HOW TO RELOAD YOUR VISA CARD VIA YOUR WING ACCOUNT:
- Dial *989#, send
- Enter Wing account #, send
- Select 5. Bill payment, send
- Select 5. Bank Card, send
- Select 1. FTB Visa, send
- Enter “Card #” (14 digits), send
- Enter “Expiry Date”, send
- Enter amount, send
- Enter “PIN”
- Success
HOW TO RELOAD YOUR VISA CARD AT WING CASH XPRESS (WING AGENTS):
- Go to the nearest WCX outlet
- Tell Wing Cash Xpress (WCX) you want to reload FTB visa card
- Give your Visa card or write down “Card number”, “Expiry Date”, amount, and “your phone number”
- Give your Visa card or write down “Card number”, “Expiry Date”, amount, and “your phone number”
- Get receipt from Wing Cash Xpress (WCX)
- Check SMS in your phone

- Wing Retail Store (Head Office): Silver and Blue Cards are available.
- Wing Cash Xpress outlets: Only Silver Cards are available
- FTB branches: Both Silver and Blue Cards are available
