Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of wing bank’s  marketing strategies by managing all point of sale materials (POSM) across branches and wing agents. this position ensures that POSM aligns with brand standards, maximizes visibility, and enhances customer engagement. the role is critical in supporting marketing campaigns, optimizing resource allocation, and contributing to the overall growth and strategic objectives of wing bank.

Job Descriptions

  • POSM Management : Quality of POSM placement, adherence to brand guidelines, and consistency across all locations.
  • Campaign Support and Execution : Successful delivery of POSM materials for campaigns on time, effectiveness measured by campaign KPIs.
  • Field Audits and Monitoring : Regular audits conducted, an reports submitted, with issues identified and addressed within set timelines.
  • Vendor and Budget Management : Effective communication and coordination with sales, marketing, and product teams, measured by project success rates.
  • Resource Optimization : Adherence to brand standards across all POSM, as measured by brand Audits and customer feedback
  • Training and Development: Training sessions conducted for the team, improvement in team performance, and skill enhancement.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and actionable insights
  • Field Work and Travel: Frequency of travel and fieldwork, quality of on-site support provided, and implementation of POSM strategies across locations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing or related field, with a strong focus on POSM management and retail marketing.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of the retail and banking industries, including market trends and customer behavior.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to business ethics.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with additional skills in project management tools being an advantage.
