  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure that requirements are understood and met by the technical team.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work with project managers to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Assist in the management of project scope, ensuring any changes are documented and communicated.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design effective solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design proposals.
  • Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving issues.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Assist in the coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and document defects and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • At least bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, eCommerce, or supply chain management software development.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and developing functional specifications.
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fintech, eCommerce, and supply chain management processes and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working at Bank, Financial Services, or International Software Development Solution
  • Experience working directly with Business team, Marketing team, or Management team
  • Good Knowledge with Financial Business needs payment and loan
