We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic Software Development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a buffer between the team and process overhead, removing obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
- Communicate project progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Promote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a great plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in a software development team.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and resolve them in a timely manner.
