- Ensure 100% of all testing procedures/stages are followed as per defined policy & procedure
- Maintain consistency and stability of Wing Bank products and services through ongoing testing of live products
- Understand products & design relevant plans for user acceptance testing and production verification test
- Create suitable test scenarios of all features which will be produced with the launch of a new initiative
- Generate reports for finance and partners to reconcile
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or equivalent in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in QA tester or customer service support
- Comprehensive knowledge of current standards and practices in software development
- Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and to work with new tools and technologies with little documentation or support
- Basic background/strong interest in information technologies, project management and business analysis
- Be a Tech Savvy
- Be pro-active, self-starting, good communication skills
