Job Descriptions
- Daily prepare prospects and appointments for CASA/FD, payment, lending referrals
- Weekly and monthly track of given target and assigned task
- Monthly track of biller performance trend/CASA + analysis
- Initiate value added proposition for in-active billers, if any, in line with planned marketing activities + bank’s products
- Solve any problems that Billers have: e.g. KYC, communication, complaints, reports, and documents changes
- Arrange and keep documents tidily in both hard copy and soft copy related agreements, proposal, marketing activities
- Be flexible and accountable for urgent assignments or task given from Line Manager (Leads, documenting, reports, client visiting calls)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, sales & marketing, management
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service management/support areas
- Good communication, both in writing and speaking in English and Khmer, and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Proficient in the standard MS Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to a fast pace, dynamic work environment
- Aptitude to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, staying on target with deadlines and attention to detail.
