JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Merchant Management Executive team in the area.
- Be the point of contact and representative of Wing Merchant Business in the area.
- Implement agreed merchant management activities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales KPIs target.
- Recruit and develop merchant network in the assigned territory.
- Provide training, coaching and field attachment to merchant sales team.
- Build good relationships with key merchant/business owners to drive active merchant and usage of Wing Bank KHQR
- Ensure that MME regularly visit merchant according to their route plan.
- Ensure that merchant PoSM branding materials are visible, clean and up-to-date.
- Ensure the successful execution of new promotion/campaign.
- Ensure that sales KPIs and performance are cascaded to sales team on a regular basis.
- Gather feedback from Merchant, sales team and customer and update to line manager.
- Check and update competitor’s activities in the market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- Age must not exceed 30 years old.
- At least 3 years sales supervisory experience from MFI, Bank, Fintech or FMCGs.
- Experience in agent/merchant or dealer network management and product distribution management is preferred.
- Experience in leading a team of over 10 salespeople.
- Able to communicate in English both in Writing and Speaking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Honest, result-oriented, self- started, positive and can- do-attitude.
