JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Merchant Management team including MMS and MME.
- Propose and implement agreed merchant management strategy in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales KPIs target.
- Oversee recruitment and development of merchant network in the assigned territory.
- Lead regional team to build brand visibility, increase usage of Wing Bank KHQR and drive merchant active rate.
- Provide direction, training and coaching to merchant sales team.
- Build good relationships with key merchant/business owners.
- Design sales visit route plan to ensure effective and productive merchant sales visit.
- Ensure that MMS/MME regularly visit merchant according to their route plan.
- Regularly conduct field attachment with MMS/MME.
- Ensure that merchant POSM branding materials are visible, clean and up to date.
- Ensure the successful launch of a new promotion/campaign.
- Gather feedback from Merchant, sales team and customer and translate it into actions.
- Monitor and update competitor’s activities in the market to line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- At least 3 years sales management experience.
- Experience in merchant network management, dealer relationship management and product distribution management from Bank, Fintech or FMCGs is preferred.
- Experience in leading sale team
- Good understanding of English both in Writing and Speaking.
