JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the point of contact and representative of Wing Merchant Business in the area.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales KPIs target.
- Recruit key and quality merchant to accept payment via Wing Bank KHQR
- Build good relationships with merchants to drive active merchant and usage of Wing Bank KHQR.
- Regularly visit merchant according to route plan set by supervisor.
- Ensure that merchant PoSM branding materials are visible, clean and up to date.
- Ensure the successful execution of new product/promotion/campaign.
- Gather feedback from Merchant and customer and update to supervisor.
- Check and update competitor’s activities in the market to supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- Age must not exceed 28 years old
- At least 1-2 years sales experience from MFI, Bank, Fintech or FMCGs.
- Experience in merchant or dealer recruitment and customer service is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English both in Writing and Speaking.
- Friendly and good at building relationships.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good at problem solving.
- Honest, result-oriented, self- started, positive and can- do- attitude.
