JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate daily follow up the items and escalate if there is any delay
- Plan the meeting according to the need with relevant stakeholder
- Measure the on-going items to track the status and keep management informed regularly
- Plan the ITSC meeting schedule and arrange the meeting accordingly
- Follow up on regulatory, risk and audit items
- Note the Minutes of meeting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding technology department tasks.
- Processing document signoff
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- IT bachelor’s degree or equivalent Project management qualification.
- Three to five years coordinating projects / Dealing with international vendors
- Good communication skills
- Experience in coordinating large scale technology projects with different stakeholders
- Experience in working with international vendors is an advantage
- Excellent follow up skills
- Knowledge in taking minutes in technology meetings and arranging relevant meetings
- Teamwork is essential to work with technology and business user.
