The Media Specialist will be key to managing and elevating Wing’s influencer and content strategy across Wing Bank, Wing Mall, and Coffee Hub. This role combines influencer selection, contract and deliverable management, content production, and performance tracking. Additionally, the Media Specialist will oversee overall platform content and buying management, ensuring consistent, impactful media that resonates with our audience and supports Wing’s business goals.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee the creation and execution of influencer content, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Develop and produce high-quality content for influencer campaigns, tailoring messages for different platforms and audiences.
- Manage overall platform content, coordinating with the media buying team to optimize placements and ensure consistent branding.
- Collaborate on content calendars and platform-specific strategies, ensuring each piece aligns with Wing’s goals and brand voice.
- Track and analyze influencer and content performance, providing actionable insights to refine future campaigns.
- Use data to report on ROI, reach, engagement, and other key metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Work closely with the media buying team to manage budget and ensure media placements support Wing’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure content and campaigns are well-integrated across Wing’s business units.
- Provide input on media buying and platform management to fill any gaps in overall media strategy, ensuring cohesive, high-impact media delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or media management, with a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Strong skills in influencer and content strategy, including contract management, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and flexibility to manage face-to-face influencer relationships as needed.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and media analytics.
