Customer Segment Manager will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and communicating with our target customers. This role involves analyzing customer needs, developing suitable products and offers, creating and implementing go-to-market strategies, and measuring success.

Job Descriptions

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to segment customers based on their needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics. Use data-driven insights to understand market trends and customer behavior.
  • Customer Persona Development: Develop detailed customer personas and value propositions for each segment. Understand the unique needs and challenges of each segment to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Development: Work closely with the product team to develop products that meet the specific needs of each customer segment. Ensure that our product offerings are competitive and appealing to our target customers.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Create and execute tailored marketing strategies and campaigns for each customer segment. This includes developing unique messaging and positioning for each segment and choosing the appropriate marketing channels to reach our target customers.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Measure and optimize the performance and satisfaction of each customer segment. Use metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of our products and marketing efforts, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (such as sales, customer service, and product development) to ensure alignment and consistency of customer experience across all touchpoints. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with customer segmentation and market research.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
