Job Descriptions

  • Provide regular daily/weekly/monthly report for customer experience stakeholders
  • Do the analytics and insights the report (Call Report, Chat Report)
  • To reflect the current actual and convert into forecasting need for effective scheduling management
  • Ensure timeliness of every period end reporting
  • To create new user and assign role on system for new joiner
  • Any other task assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in reporting and customer experience, specifically within the banking industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate with other departments and technical teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in English and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel advanced formula skills or basic Power BI is preferred)
  • Adaptability: Willingness and ability to work with new systems.
