Job Descriptions
- Provide regular daily/weekly/monthly report for customer experience stakeholders
- Do the analytics and insights the report (Call Report, Chat Report)
- To reflect the current actual and convert into forecasting need for effective scheduling management
- Ensure timeliness of every period end reporting
- To create new user and assign role on system for new joiner
- Any other task assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in reporting and customer experience, specifically within the banking industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate with other departments and technical teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in English and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel advanced formula skills or basic Power BI is preferred)
- Adaptability: Willingness and ability to work with new systems.
