Job Descriptions

  • Daily prepare prospects and appointments for CASA/FD, payment, lending referrals
  • Weekly and monthly track of given target and assigned task
  • Monthly track of payroll service performance trend/CASA + analysis
  • Initiate value added proposition for in-active billers, if any, in line with planned marketing activities + bank’s products
  • Solve any problems for partners : e.g. KYC, communication, complaints, reports, and documents changes
  • Arrange and keep documents tidily in both hard copy and soft copy related agreements, proposal, marketing activities
  • Be flexible and accountable for urgent assignments or task given from Line Manager (Leads, documenting, reports, client visiting calls)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, sales & marketing, management
  • At least 4 years’ experience in customer service management/support areas
  • Good communication, both in writing and speaking in English and Khmer, and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Proficient in the standard MS Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast pace, dynamic work environment
  • Aptitude to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, staying on target with deadlines and attention to detail.
