JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure effective change implementation through timely and effective delivery of new, existing and enhanced policies/procedures within support channel (adequate training, training completion rate, sufficient knowledge, training quality)
  • Ensure effective delivery and implementation of the policies/procedures in the delivery Channel
  • Ensure that frontliners adhere to the established standard operating procedures and processes, as trained, to maintain consistency and accuracy in cash operations.
  • Ensure proper alignment of resources and timeline to support the delivery of new/enhanced product/service
  • Ensure training program efficiency by developing and enhancing the training programs, materials, and resources to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Collect feedback from both internal and external customers to continuously improve training programs and processes.
  • Ensure team collaboration in implementing changes in Teller Operation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management or related fields
  • At least 5-year experience in Banking sector preferably in the management client onboarding.
  • At least 2-year experience in Banking sector preferably in Branch Operation Management, Product Management, or Channel Management.
  • Strong knowledge of cash operation processes and procedures.
  • Proven experience in training delivery and instructional design
