JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular review and assessments of branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines
  • Review and analyze branch processes, procedures, and controls to identify areas for improvement and mitigate operational risks
  • Develop and implement branch visit plans and checklists to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of branch operations
  • Identify and report any operational gaps, control weaknesses, or compliance violations to management, and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with branch managers and staff to provide guidance and support in implementing recommended improvements and addressing identified issues
  • Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to branch operations and compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to branch staff on operational processes, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
  • Conduct investigations into reported incidents or complaints related to branch operations, and recommend appropriate actions to prevent recurrence

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management or a certification in internal audit or risk management is a plus
  • At least 4-year experience in Banking sector preferably in the branch operations management
  • At least 2-year experience in bank branch operations, internal audit, or risk management preferably in the banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, including cash handling, customer service, account opening, and transaction processing
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of audit and risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools is a plus
