JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involve in preparing, designing, developing recruitment plan effectively and productively; gaining input and approval from the Head of Agent Network, then follow the plan
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly key and quality agent acquisition
- Build effective agent distribution network for customer satisfaction
- Ensure that agents under recruitment are well understood about our new products & service by working with Regional Agent Network Manager and other cross-functional departments when new products & services are launched to the market
- Monitor and report on competitor’s activities in the market
- To drive WAC registration from Wing Cash Express' network
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business or marketing
- Working Experience: At least 3 years experiences in mobile payment, sales and banking service
- Good at public speaking, presentation and communication skills
- Business Understanding: Customer/Client focus, result oriented and time management People Management and Leadership
- Good teamwork and collaboration
- Good at problem solving/analytical skills
- Friendly and good at building relationships
