The Digital Marketing and Strategy Manager at Wing Bank is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, projects, and content strategy to promote Wing Bank's products and services. The role focuses on increasing account openings, in-app active users, and the audience base for the bank and all Wing businesses. This position enhances brand awareness in the digital space, drives app downloads, account openings, app usage, and increases the audience base. The manager will leverage web analytics tools to optimize campaigns and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Wing Bank’s business goals.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the campaign manager to develop digital components of campaigns and manage paid media plans.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging content across digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to Wing Bank’s brand guidelines.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular analysis to derive actionable insights for further improvements.
  • Lead and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts/agencies to improve marketing results.
  • Manage and oversee the digital marketing budget.
  • Allocate budget for different marketing activities and measure the effectiveness.
  • Manage the redesign of Wing Bank’s website to improve usability and conversions.
  • Plan and create innovative content to drive engagement on social media.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Explore and execute creative campaigns to position Wing Bank as a leader in the digital sphere.
  • ATL and BTL Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Tools:
  • Comprehensive understanding of Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in various digital marketing tools and platforms to effectively execute marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Familiarity with the financial needs and behaviors of banking customers to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Proven working experience in the banking or financial sector is highly preferred.
  • Experience with social media management, app development, web development, and optimization.
